These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Softechies Solutions (“Softechies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including:

- Our flagship software product QuickBill at softechies.net/quickbill
- Custom software development and consulting engagements
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
1.1 QuickBill
QuickBill is a software product that helps users generate professional invoices using AI-summarised line items. QuickBill is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) accessible through a web browser. Premium features (PDF export, email sharing, clipboard copy) are unlocked through a one-time purchase via our authorised payment provider.
1.2 Custom Software Development
Softechies provides custom software development, consulting, and engineering services to businesses worldwide. Each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) that supplements these Terms.
2. License Grant
When you purchase a license to QuickBill or any other Softechies product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the product for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
The license is:
- One-time purchase, perpetual access for QuickBill premium features unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
- Tied to the purchasing email address — license keys are issued to the email used at checkout
- Non-transferable — licenses cannot be resold, sublicensed, or transferred without our prior written consent
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our Services
- Resell, redistribute, or rent out access to our Services without authorisation
- Use the Services to generate fraudulent, illegal, or misleading invoices
- Attempt to access another user's account, license, or data
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
4. Payments and Billing
Payments for QuickBill premium features and other Softechies products are processed by trusted third-party payment providers (such as Paddle, Gumroad, or Stripe). When you make a purchase, you agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider in addition to these Terms.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes that we are required to collect. The payment provider may add additional fees, taxes, or VAT depending on your jurisdiction.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy for digital products and services is set out in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated there.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, designs, content, and materials provided through our Services remain the exclusive property of Softechies Solutions or its licensors. Your license under Section 2 does not grant you any ownership rights.
For custom software development engagements, intellectual property assignment is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep our Services available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events, third-party outages, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
QuickBill is a productivity tool that helps generate invoices — you remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and tax compliance of any invoices you create with it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softechies Solutions, its employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a manner that harms us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your license rights cease immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Softechies Solutions is registered and operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
